These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website https://moralesprintingservices.com/ (the “Site”) and the purchase of products and services offered by Morales Printing Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Site or placing orders.
1. Products and Services
1.1 Morales Printing Services offers both printed materials and digital products for sale.
1.2 All descriptions, images, and prices of products on the Site are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.
2. Orders and Payment
2.1 Orders shall only be deemed accepted once full payment is confirmed, or in the case of Cash on Delivery (“COD”), upon receipt of full payment at delivery.
2.2 Payment methods available include all channels supported by Xendit (credit card, debit card, e-wallets, bank transfers, etc.) and COD.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, error in pricing, or unavailability of products.
3. Shipping and Pickup
3.1 We ship nationwide within the Philippines via J&T Express and LBC.
3.2 Free shipping applies to orders amounting to ₱1,000 or above. Otherwise, standard shipping rates shall apply.
3.3 Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days for Metro Manila and 5–7 business days for provincial areas. These are estimates only; we are not liable for courier delays.
3.4 Customers may opt for pickup, and the pickup address shall be disclosed during checkout.
3.5 The Company shall not be liable for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the Customer.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
4.1 Digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable upon purchase.
4.2 For printed products, Customers may request a return or refund within seven (7) days of delivery, provided that clear video evidence of the damage is submitted.
4.3 In the case of damage caused during shipping, the Customer shall be entitled to a 60% refund, subject to sufficient proof. No return of the product is required in such instances.
4.4 For replacements:
- Customers shall bear the shipping cost of returning the product; or
- Customers may request a re-order at 50% discount on the items needs to be replaced only, with free shipping if the new order totals ₱1,000 or more. Otherwise, standard shipping fees apply.
4.5 Order cancellations shall only be accepted prior to shipment. Once the order has been released to the courier, cancellation requests shall not be honored.
5. Customized Orders
5.1 For customized or personalized products, Customers shall be provided with a proof or preview prior to printing.
5.2 Once a Customer provides confirmation or approval, Morales Printing Services shall not be liable for any errors or inaccuracies that may subsequently appear in the final product.
6. Digital Products
6.1 All digital products, including templates and downloadable files, are licensed for personal use only unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description.
6.2 Customers are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sharing digital products without prior written consent from Morales Printing Services.
7. User Conduct
7.1 Customers shall not misuse the Site or the services offered.
7.2 Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Submitting illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content for printing.
- Using the Site for fraudulent purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Morales Printing Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our Site, products, or services.
8.2 Liability for any claim shall be strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.
8.3 We shall not be responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party couriers, force majeure events, or inaccuracies provided by Customers.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Customers agree to first contact Morales Printing Services directly in good faith to resolve any concerns or disputes.
9.2 In the event of failure to resolve, disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Amendments
10.1 Morales Printing Services reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice.
10.2 Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
