This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made through Morales Printing Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via the website https://moralesprintingservices.com/ (the “Site”). By placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to this Policy.
1. General Policy
1.1 This Policy covers both printed materials and digital products purchased from the Site.
1.2 This Policy is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Morales Printing Services.
2. Digital Products
2.1 All sales of digital products, including templates and downloadable files, are final and non-refundable.
2.2 Customers acknowledge that once a digital product is purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
3. Printed Products
3.1 Customers may request a return or refund for printed products within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be proven damaged or defective through a clear, unedited video recording provided by the Customer.
- Claims submitted without sufficient proof shall not be honored.
3.2 In the event of damage caused by printing or production errors, the Customer may request either:
- A refund as provided in Section 4; or
- A replacement as provided in Section 5.
4. Refunds
4.1 Refunds for printing or production errors shall be processed once the Company has verified the submitted proof of damage.
4.2 For damage caused during shipping, Customers shall be entitled to a sixty percent (60%) refund of the purchase price, provided sufficient proof is submitted. The damaged product does not need to be returned.
4.3 Refunds shall be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
5. Replacements
5.1 Customers requesting replacement products must:
- Cover the cost of shipping the product back to the Company; or
- Request a re-order of the same product at a fifty percent (50%) discount on the items needs to be replaced only, with the following conditions:
- Free shipping applies if the replacement order totals ₱1,000 or above.
- If the replacement order is less than ₱1,000, the Customer shall pay applicable shipping fees.
6. Order Cancellations
6.1 Order cancellations shall only be accepted prior to shipment.
6.2 Once an order has been released to the courier, cancellations shall no longer be honored.
7. Customized Orders
7.1 For customized or personalized products, the Customer must approve the proof or preview provided by Morales Printing Services prior to printing.
7.2 Once approved, the Company shall not be held liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or dissatisfaction related to the final product.
8. Limitation
8.1 The remedies set forth in this Policy are the sole and exclusive remedies available to Customers in the event of a defective or damaged product.
8.2 Morales Printing Services shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
9. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
